Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment:

  • Reservations for the services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Payment can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods.

  • Payment have to be settled in advance.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund, minus the bank admin fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Service Inclusions:

  • The VIP Airport service includes expedited security screening, dedicated immigration assistance, and baggage handling.

  • Guests will be escorted to and from the aircraft, or to their connecting flights and drivers if applicable.

4. Service Limitations:

  • The Airport service is available at Bali Airport and is subject to availability.

5. Responsibilities:

  • Guests must comply with airport security and immigration rules and regulations.

  • Frazé Bali is responsible for ensuring a smooth and expedited transit experience.

6. Timeliness:

  • Guests must inform time of arrival at the airport (for departure) before the scheduled service time.

  • Frazé Bali will not be held responsible for delays caused by passenger tardiness.

7. Liabilities:

  • Frazé Bali is not liable for missed flights, delays, or cancellations due to factors beyond their control, such as weather conditions, airport closures, or security alerts.

  • Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of missed flights or connections.

8. Privacy and Data:

  • Guests' personal information is collected for the sole purpose of providing the VIP Fast Track service and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to Terms:

  • Frazé Bali reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with or without prior notice.

  • Guests will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their reservation.

10. Complaints and Disputes:

  • Any complaints or disputes should be reported to the service provider's customer service within 24 hours of the service date.

  • Frazé Bali will make every effort to address and resolve passenger concerns in a timely manner.

By making a reservation for the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
